About us
Finish Protocol is the brand of [RAGIONE SOCIALE] S.r.l., based in Rimini. We work with businesses in the province and in Romagna on three things: bringing in customer enquiries, replying well and quickly, and teaching them to do it.
The name
“Finish” is our promise: to finish the work we agreed, on the timing and at the price written in the quote. “Protocol” is the way: the same sequence of steps for every client, which you can read before you sign.
Our motto comes from a proverb everyone in Rimini knows: patti chiari, amicizia lunga (clear agreements make for long friendships). We add that, with clear agreements, the work gets finished.

One meets you in Rimini and looks after the relationship from start to finish. The other leads the technical side and the production studio.

The group
Finish Protocol is part of the Scale Up Genius Hub group. In Rimini you find your contact person, the contract, the invoice and responsibility for the work. The group's production studio, in India, produces graphics, video, pages and campaigns on behalf of the Rimini office.
