Twenty minutes, in person, at your premises. It is the simplest way to get to know us.

  • We look at how customer enquiries arrive today and how long it takes before they get a reply.
  • We leave you a written sheet, with what is working and what is worth fixing.

30-day trial

One month to see the numbers, before you decide whether to continue.

  • A contact or quote page on your domain.
  • A Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google campaign, created in your ad account.
  • WhatsApp Business set up on your number, with quick replies and the wording to collect consent.
  • Tracking of calls, messages and forms.
  • On day 30, the numbers sheet: enquiries, cost per enquiry, quotes.

For businesses that want a steady flow of enquiries, looked after every week.

Two services designed for two Rimini sectors, each with its own terms.

  • Estate agencies: valuation requests in your area, with area exclusivity. 90-day trial at €490 + VAT set-up and €390 + VAT a month, then €590 + VAT a month.
  • Hotels: page and replies for one foreign language at €790 + VAT (€490 for each extra language); campaign for one foreign market at €390 + VAT a month.

Step IV

Training

Hands-on artificial intelligence workshops, in the classroom or at your company. Programmes and dates.

  • Classroom workshop: four hours, at most 12 people, €90 + VAT per person.
  • In-company workshop: four hours, up to 8 people, €790 + VAT, with an AI use policy and an attendance register.

Frequently asked questions

Before you ask us.

Is the advertising budget included in the price?

No. You pay it directly to Meta or Google, with your own card, on your own account. For a local business we suggest starting from about €300 a month; we agree the figure together before we start.

Who owns the accounts and the content?

You do, from day one: domain, website, ad accounts, pixel, WhatsApp number, photos, videos and texts. If you stop working with us we hand everything over within 7 days.

Do you guarantee results?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the timing, the work described in the quote and transparency on the numbers. If the numbers after the trial do not convince you, you stop.

Is there a minimum term?

Management starts with a three-month trial. After that you continue month by month, and 30 days' notice is enough to stop.

How do I pay?

By electronic invoice. Monthly fees are invoiced at the start of the month and paid within 15 days by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit. One-off work: a third on order, the rest on delivery.

Do you also work with private individuals?

No. We only work with businesses and professionals, for activities related to their work.

Who writes the copy? Do you use artificial intelligence?

We use artificial intelligence tools for drafts, translations and video edits, and we list them in the contract. Every text is checked by a native speaker and approved by you. Images and videos created with AI are always labelled as such.

Where do you work?

In Rimini, the province and Romagna, with face-to-face meetings. Graphic and video production is handled by our group's studio, under the responsibility of the Rimini office.
